About the Role :

Ezio Solution are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid campaigns, driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, and other analytics tools.
• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure effective campaign strategies.
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency in campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
