Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Create and manage engaging, compliant content tailored for healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders.
- Optimize digital channels (website, apps, social media platforms, etc.) to improve user experience and engagement.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and generate insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Manage online presence to strengthen the company’s reputation within the pharma/healthcare community.
- Track and measure performance of digital campaigns (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates) and prepare reports for management.
- Oversee vendor/agency relationships to execute campaigns effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and pharma/healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field.
- 6 Months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferably in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries).
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, including Google Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, Facebook, and healthcare portals.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharma product life cycles is a plus.
- Proven experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, content creation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, medical, regulatory, etc.).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
