Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), and email marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns to enhance online presence.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including paid ads and retargeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and high-converting landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including AI, automation, and emerging platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms (if applicable).
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for optimization.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing is a plus.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint is an advantage.
