Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage result-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, Content).
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
  • Manage SEO efforts including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search rankings.
  • Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop engaging content strategies for social media to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure marketing goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong content marketing and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
