We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and Strategic Campaign Execution. The ideal candidate should be analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor performance metrics, deliver insightful reports, and ensure campaign consistency through established SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performance paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strategically define and implement targeting, audience segmentation, and budget optimization strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO audits, and content enhancements for improved organic visibility.
- Develop, monitor, and continuously optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Set up, track, and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, bounce rate, etc.) to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement growth strategies across channels, including social media, email, SEO, content marketing, PPC, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition.
- Strategize, Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid search, email, and display ads.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence, create content, engage with the audience, and analyze performance to refine strategies
- Deliver regular performance reports, dashboards, and insightful recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality control across digital campaigns.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation on ad creatives, copy, CTAs, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategy teams to develop creative briefs and campaign assets.
- Assist in overseeing social media presence, post scheduling, and engagement tracking across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry tools.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO and multi-platform paid ad management.
- Deep knowledge of ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in performance analytics, data visualization, and use of tools like Google Analytics (UA & GA4), GTM, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Strong experience in creating and maintaining campaign reporting templates, dashboards, and actionable summaries.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and refine SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across internal teams and client accounts.
- Detail-oriented, adaptive, and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic agency environment.
Good to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, etc.
- Familiarity with email marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead funnel tracking.
- Experience with heatmap tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) and behavioral analytics.
