A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters to attract and retain customers.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with followers to build a community around the brand.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms) and analytics software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,283.71 - $61,761.03 per year
