About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in SEO (Web & App), paid ads, and overall digital strategy. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end digital marketing activities, optimise for search visibility, run performance campaigns, and contribute to brand growth in the Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & App Store Optimisation (ASO)

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.
  • Optimise website structure, on-page SEO, technical SEO, schema markup, and content.
  • Manage App Store Optimisation (ASO) for iOS & Android apps – keyword ranking, app descriptions, creatives, reviews & ratings management.

Performance Marketing & Ads

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor ROI, CPC, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
  • Retargeting and remarketing strategy execution.

Content & Social Media

  • Collaborate with content writers/designers to create SEO-friendly and engaging digital content.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Manage brand consistency and engagement campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Firebase, and app analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, ASO, SEM/PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Proven success in ranking apps & websites in competitive niches.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, UAC (Universal App Campaigns), and remarketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, App Annie, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with email marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or app CMS.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for SEO fixes.
