The role (80/20)
Own top‑line growth across paid, organic, retention, marketplaces, and partnerships—hit targets while protecting unit economics.

Key outcomes (first 90–180 days)

  • Revenue +30–50% with blended ROAS / contribution margin inside guardrails.
  • CAC ↓ 20%, LTV ↑ 15% via lifecycle/loyalty and UX wins.
  • Profitably launch/scale marketplaces (Amazon/Noon).
  • Site CVR +0.5–1.0 pp through CRO.
  • Weekly channel model (forecast vs actuals) adopted by leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Run Meta/Google/TikTok, SEO/content, affiliates, influencers.
  • Own CRM/retention (flows, segmentation, offers), pricing & promo calendar.
  • Partner with Product on hero SKUs/bundles; with Tech on tracking & attribution.
  • Drive brief → test → learn → scale; kill losing tests quickly.

Must‑haves

  • Hands‑on D2C performance + retention (not just agency mgmt).
  • Deep with ads managers, GA4, pixels/attribution, A/B testing.
  • Portfolio of before/after growth wins with numbers.

Compensation & benefits

  • Full‑time base: AED 14,000–18,000 (Senior)
  • Visa, health insurance, annual leave per UAE law.
