• Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences.
• Content Creation: Create and manage engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, articles, and visuals for various online channels.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Paid Advertising (SEM): Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize reach and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Manage company social media presence, spread the brand message, and increase engagement.
• Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer communication.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and provide reports on campaign results and ROI to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with content creators, graphics teams, and other marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising tools, and email marketing software.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content management systems, and web analytics.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Content & Design: Strong writing and visual storytelling skills, with an understanding of user experience and brand identity.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and report on campaign performance.
