Digital Marketing Specialist – FMCG

Location: Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in the FMCG sector to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital media, e-commerce marketing, and performance analytics within fast-moving consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, display, email, WhatsApp, programmatic, influencer marketing).

Manage and grow brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.

Develop and manage Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns for promotions, customer engagement, and lead nurturing.

Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to design campaigns aligned with FMCG product launches and seasonal promotions.

Analyze consumer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to drive campaign strategies.

Create, manage, and optimize paid media budgets for maximum ROI.

Monitor and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS, engagement, reach).

Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic.

Manage relationships with digital agencies, influencers, and external vendors.

Work closely with the e-commerce team to drive sales via online channels (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.).

Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing platforms, and WhatsApp Marketing tools.

Experience in e-commerce and online sales optimization is highly preferred.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and marketing automation tools.

Strong creative, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume FMCG environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
