360DMMC is a founder-led, AI-first transformational consulting startup for SMBs. We build AI agents and automation systems mapped to real pain points, not generic software. Pod Teams pair marketers with developers and PMs to ship lean MVPs, validate demand, and drive revenue outcomes. Applicants must use AI marketing tools daily and commit to continuous upskilling; you will collaborate closely with engineers and PMs, though you are not expected to operate n8n or RAG. If you want hands-on, metrics-driven impact in a high-ownership team, this is the mandate.

Role Summary
Own GTM for a new AI SaaS product. Drive MVP launch, traction, and pipeline. Participate in revenue share at GTM; invoice billable SOW work at agreed IC rates.

Top Outcomes (60–90 days)
Define ICP and positioning. Ship 2–3 campaigns. Stand up attribution. Propose a repeatable growth system.

Nice to Have

  • 1–5+ years in digital marketing with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Social media content creation: editorial calendars, short-form video, hooks, CTAs, UGC workflows.
  • Email marketing: list growth, segmentation, nurture, deliverability basics, A/B subject/creative, plain-text and HTML.
  • Landing pages & CRO: brief → build in WordPress/Webflow, forms, offers, heatmap insights, conversion lift.
  • Pre-launch/GTM: waitlists, teaser content, countdowns, founder-led narrative, referral loops.
  • Branding: messaging hierarchy, tone guidelines, lightweight visual standards, asset kits.
  • Analytics: GA4, GSC, Looker Studio dashboards; UTM discipline; goal/conversion setup.
  • Tooling: WordPress/Webflow, HubSpot or similar CRM, Sheets/Airtable, basic design tools (Canva/Figma).
  • Execution rigor: content briefs, sprint delivery, clear copy, stakeholder updates.

Even Nicer to Have

  • AI Tools: Gemini AI Studio apps, VEO3, Replit, Lovable, Notebook LM, Zapier, etc.
  • Short-form video editing and motion basics.
  • Lifecycle depth: win-back, re-engagement, onboarding sequences.
  • Partnerships, community, and influencer activation for pre-launch.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page tweaks.
  • Prompt-assisted content ops and AI-driven research workflows.
  • Brand system build-outs: logo kits, social templates, tone playbooks.
  • Heatmap/session tools (Hotjar/Clarity) and survey loops (Typeform).
  • Attribution maturity: multi-touch views, pipeline mapping to revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and run SEO, social, and email launches. Build and optimize landing pages. Produce briefs and assets. Own lifecycle ops and weekly metrics. Collaborate with PMs and engineers in sprints.

Compensation Structure

  • Product Revenue Share: Target 40% of net digital product revenue pooled for active POD contributors per agreed split.
  • Consulting SOW: Billable client work per SOW at agreed IC rates; Net-15/Net-30.

Schedule
Flexible. Weekly POD stand-up and demo cadence.

Growth Path
Potential full-time conversion after 12 months of strong contributions. Founding Member sweat-equity eligibility based on impact.
