Position Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will shape Orzax’s global digital growth strategies a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented professional.


This role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance across both B 2B and B2C digital channels.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement B2B and B2C digital growth strategies across different markets
  • Plan, execute, and analyze performance-based campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage and optimize WooCommerce and Shopify e-commerce websites, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Design and execute digital campaigns, email automation, lead generation, and LinkedIn advertising for B2B distributor networks
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, and campaign performance using GA4 and GTM
  • Enhance organic traffic and brand visibility in new markets through SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Regularly monitor and report key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CAC, CLV, and lead quality
  • Follow the latest digital trends and technologies to implement innovative marketing applications across Orzax brands



Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in supplement, healthcare, or FMCG sectors
  • Agency experience is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics with the ability to design tailored strategies for each model
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, GA4, and GTM
  • Experienced in email marketing strategies and campaign management
  • Skilled in A/B testing, conversion optimization (CRO), and data analysis
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify
  • Fluent in English (daily working language)
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in AI-based tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini
