Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written
• Develop creative, unconventional marketing programs tailored to real estate
• Promote available properties across the company’s platforms
• Manage the company’s digital channels and social media accounts
• Launch and monitor advertising campaigns on various platforms
• Track competitor pricing, offers, and services in the real estate market
• Summarize client feedback and campaign results for weekly meetings
• Execute the annual marketing plan with professionalism and high efficiency

Requirements

• Strong command of English
• Solid knowledge of digital advertising tools and platforms
• Creative thinking and ability to propose innovative marketing strategies
• Market analysis skills and competitor tracking
• Ability to present insights and performance metrics clearly and effectively

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
