Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)

Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts aligned with brand identity

Produce or coordinate creative content (graphics, videos, copywriting) in collaboration with designers and external partners

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including budgeting, targeting, and optimization

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and build meaningful connections with followers

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to align social campaigns with business objectives

Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when needed

Handle crisis communication on social media in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field

2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing (agency experience is a plus)

Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads preferred)

Excellent understanding of content creation, community management, and audience engagement strategies

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Strong creativity and storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies

Experience in influencer management and collaborations

Graphic design and video editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro)

Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools
