Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who can own and execute all marketing activities at Nexilis. This role is ideal for a self-driven marketer who can manage content, campaigns, social presence, lead generation, and branding end-to-end — working closely with the founder and sales team.
YKey Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Own and manage the digital marketing calendar, campaign planning, and cross-functional alignment
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and customer segments
Campaign Execution
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic rankings
- Oversee email marketing and marketing automation workflows (nurturing, re-engagement, etc.)
- Manage content marketing efforts including blog strategy, landing pages, and gated assets
- Monitor and grow social media presence organically and through paid efforts
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and user journeys
Team & Collaboration
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with designers, content writers, and developers to successfully deliver digital marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to brief and manage external agencies, freelancers, or vendors, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with campaign goals
- Strong track record of staying informed on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates (e.g., Google, Meta), tools, and competitor strategies, and applying those insights to optimize marketing performance
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (strategy + execution)
- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs, customer acquisition strategies, and conversion funnels
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Background in [industry – e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech] is advantageous
