Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices — and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales, IT) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize A/B testing, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics tools to monitor performance.
• Manage and maintain the company website and ensure content is up to date and SEO-optimized.
• Develop engaging online content including blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
