What You’ll Do
- Build, curate, and grow our brand presence on LinkedIn & Instagram—for technical, industrial, and engineering audiences
- Craft engaging content: From memes to technical deep-dives, create stories, carousels, lives, and product videos that connect with professionals, buyers, and industry enthusiasts
- Educate and sell: Fuse educational content with product highlights, driving interest AND conversions on our ecommerce platforms
- Launch targeted campaigns for product launches, webinars, and online promotions—use paid & organic strategies to boost sales
- Optimize online selling: Tweak product pages, build landing pages, and collaborate on digital campaigns to maximize buyer engagement and sales performance
- Track metrics & report wins: Own analytics for social and ecommerce, share the data, run A/B tests, and drive the next wave of brand growth
What Makes You Ideal
- Experience building technical/industrial brands and communities on LinkedIn and Instagram (portfolio please!)
- Online selling savvy: You know Shopify, WooCommerce, or other ecommerce platforms and the digital tricks to boost conversions
- Data-driven mindset: You optimize based on performance, metrics, and creative experiments
- Visual & technical storytelling: Able to make complex engineering or industrial concepts accessible and exciting
- Growth hacker: Early adopter of new social and selling tools, cloud platforms, and automation
- Multi-platform content creator: Video, copy, graphics, and product pages
What You Bring
- 1+ year digital media, ecommerce, or B2B/B2C content experience (especially technical, engineering, or industrial)
- Track record of social brand building for industrial/technical products
- Online selling experience with proven results
- Top-tier content, analytics, and campaign skills (design tools, analytics, platforms)
- Strong communication, experimentation, and results focus
