We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in social media advertising, SEO, and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, managing social media channels, and driving e-commerce sales through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage daily activity across all social media platforms, including responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content on a daily basis.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot any issues related to campaign delivery and targeting.
2. Paid Advertising (Google & Social Media)
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns including keyword targeting, ad copy writing, budget allocation, and ongoing optimisation.
- Analyse campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI and drive conversions.
3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify growth opportunities for the e-commerce store.
- Build, manage, and analyse back links to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to increase organic traffic.
4. Strategy & Analysis
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing online visibility and sales.
- Track and analyse campaign metrics and website data to make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer, Later)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle meeting with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) are a plus
