Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Oversee website content, analytics, and performance optimization (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Develop and execute content strategies — blogs, posts, newsletters, videos, etc.
  • Run ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and monitor ROI and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Generate insights and prepare digital marketing reports for management.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, content marketing, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing (preferred).
