Job Description – Digital Marketer

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute online marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and generate qualified leads for our adhesives and coatings product range. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of B2B industrial marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation tailored for the manufacturing and chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid media campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Develop targeted digital campaigns for adhesives, coatings, and specialty chemical segments (automotive, packaging, construction, electronics, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize company website, ensuring content is updated and SEO-friendly.
  • Content & Branding
  • Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, product videos, LinkedIn posts, technical guides) to highlight product performance and certifications.
  • Coordinate with design team to produce digital brochures, infographics, and product visuals.
  • Build and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Lead Generation & CRM
  • Run B2B lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry directories, and email marketing.
  • Track, nurture, and report leads using CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
  • Support sales team with digital tools for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research & Analytics
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in adhesives & coatings.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign ROI.
  • Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Social Media & Networking
  • Manage official company profiles on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant B2B platforms.
  • Build engagement with industry groups, forums, and associations.
  • Promote participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, adhesives, or coatings.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation tools.
  • Strong skills in content creation, technical writing, and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and analytics dashboards.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
