Requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including written posts, visuals, videos, and graphics
- Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
- Interact with audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active and positive online community
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimising ad spend and targeting to maximise ROI
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Stay current with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant and competitive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
Qualification
- Proven 1 year experience in social media marketing field
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and promotion on social media platforms
- Creativity and a strong eye for visual content
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
