Job summary:We are seeking a skilled and data-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate is highly creative with a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertisin* Manage and grow the company’s online presence across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

* 1–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role

* Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition

* Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

* Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

* Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook) certifications

* Experience in \[Industry – e.g., eCommerce, SaaS, B2B tech, hospitality, etc.]

* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

* Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
