- Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant digital content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, social media updates).
- Social Media: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all relevant platforms.
- SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic search rankings and website traffic. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC/SEM) on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Conversion Optimization: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B testing).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, design) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies.
- Budget Management: Contribute to the development and monitoring of campaign budgets.
