The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company objectives and connect authentically with our audience. This position blends creativity and analytics, requiring someone who can craft compelling campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and optimize digital efforts for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals and target demographics.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Content Creation: Write and produce engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, and digital ads.
• Market Research: Analyze audience trends and behaviors to guide strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all platforms while supporting brand positioning initiatives.
• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, paid media, and email campaigns; continuously optimize for ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, generate reports, and translate data into actionable insights.
• On-Camera Promotion: Participate in video promotions, live events, or photo shoots for platforms such as TikTok and YouTube to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven marketing experience in a similar role.
• Marketing Expertise: Strong grasp of marketing principles, digital tools, and analytics platforms.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative ideas and bring campaigns to life across multiple media formats.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting and performing on camera.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Quick to learn new technologies and respond to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Performing Arts Background (Preferred): Experience in modeling, theater, dance, or similar disciplines is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced, creative environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. The role may require occasional travel for photo/video shoots, industry events, or promotional appearances.

Additional Performance Responsibilities

• Participate in photo shoots, promotional videos, and live events as needed.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creative directors to achieve project goals.
• Maintain professionalism and confidence when engaging with clients and audiences.
• Contribute ideas to enhance audience engagement and social reach.
