We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder, skilled in various facets of digital marketing, and able to drive impactful campaigns to enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic rankings.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Perform A/B testing and budget optimization for paid campaigns.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM):
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Content Creation & Marketing:
• Create engaging blog posts, ad copy, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the design team for visual content.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automations.
• Analyze email performance and suggest improvements.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic and campaign effectiveness.
• Generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Local Marketing Initiatives:
• Tailor digital marketing strategies to the Nashik market.
• Work on local SEO and outreach to boost visibility in the region.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
