Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving online traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing conversion rates. This role requires proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. The Digital Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

This position will offer a hybrid schedule.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and maximize lead generation.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various channels such as blogs, emails, and social media posts to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, ensuring optimal performance through continuous testing and adjustments.
  • Produce visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain the company website.
  • Employ marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies, SEM techniques, and conversion optimization practices.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
