Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about leveraging AI tools and automation to drive business growth. In this role, you will not only manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns but also explore innovative technologies that help us upscale performance, efficiency, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and chatbots to improve customer journeys, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness
• Analyze marketing data and deliver insights to improve performance and inform strategy
• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create engaging campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, automation, and digital marketing
• Test and implement new technologies to keep our marketing ahead of the curve
• Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and/or other digital platforms
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools (like chatbots, AI agents, automated email/SMS platforms, CRM automation, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Creative thinking and ability to craft strategies that scale
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Preference for candidates with UAE residency/visa or Emirati nationals
