Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong technical marketing and campaign development skills. This role will begin part-time and can expand into a full-time position as responsibilities grow. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, optimizing web performance, and developing marketing assets across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• ***Build and manage campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
• ***Develop and maintain landing pages and marketing pages using the ModX framework (required).
• Implement technical marketing tasks such as tracking setup, redirects, and conversion optimization.
• Troubleshoot and enhance website functionality within ModX CMS.
• Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, technical fixes, and content performance tracking.
• Manage domain registry updates, redirects, and resolve Google Search Console issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategy with business goals.
• *HubSpot experience. (Campaign setup, forms, tracking and more)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and website architecture.
• Proficiency with ModX CMS (required).
• Experience with domain management, 301 redirects, and tracking implementation.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflow setup.

Compensation:
Part-time hourly or contract to start, with potential for full-time transition and growth within the team.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
