Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to help us boost our online presence and drive business growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, improving our search engine optimization (SEO), and managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

- Email Marketing:

- Create and send targeted email campaigns to our subscribers

- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates

- Analyze email metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns

- SEO:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better search engine rankings

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic

- Monitor and analyze website analytics to track SEO performance

- Social Media Marketing:

- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms

- Create and schedule engaging content to increase followers and drive website traffic

- Analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing

- Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with measurable results

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

- Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact

- Knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush

- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads
