The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the employer branding digital marketing strategy, manage paid media channels, website analytics, and coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to drive lead generation and enhance ibex’s brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Lead Talent ibex website project management and performance tracking.
  • Manage analytics, campaign ROI, and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Oversee Google Workspace, credentials, and digital tools’ security.
  • Collaboration key internal stakeholders for campaign alignment
  • Analyze lead generation avenues and propose optimization strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure smooth campaign execution.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands on experience in digital/performance marketing
  • Hands on experience on Google Ads & Meta is a must
  • Proficiency in META Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
