What You'll Do:

• Social Media Management: Devise and execute social media strategies that resonate with Dubai's real estate audience, highlighting our properties and services.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and manage captivating campaigns that showcase our listings, drive engagement, and convert leads into clients.
• Content Creation: Craft visually stunning and compelling content With team that show cases our properties, tells our story and captivates our target market.
• Lead Generation: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate to generate high-quality leads and nurture potential clients.
• Real Estate experience is a must.
• Analytics and Insights: Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Photo and Video Shooting and editing experience.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate Experience: Proven track record in social media management and marketing within the Dubai real estate market.
• Creative Expertise: Ability to create visually appealing content and write engaging copy that aligns with real estate industry trends.
• Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools specific to real estate.
• Local Insights: In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and audience preferences.
