Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in AI-powered marketing tools and strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels, leveraging AI technologies to improve targeting, personalization, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing)(Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Use AI-driven tools for campaign optimization, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and content generation.
  • Manage and analyze web traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies with AI-based recommendations.
  • Work with AI chatbots and automation platforms to improve customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on AI marketing trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales) to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Generate reports and insights to measure campaign performance and ROI.

Develop and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Generate high-quality leads for training programs.
Track and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.

SEO & Website Management:
Optimize website for SEO (on-page & off-page).
Improve organic rankings and drive traffic through blogs & backlinks.
Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.

Social Media & Branding:
Manage and grow Learners Ink presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Plan and execute content strategies, reels, and video marketing.
Run engagement campaigns to boost brand awareness.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience with AI marketing platforms (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, Adobe Sensei).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
