Role Objective The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing the company's digital marketing strategies. The primary goal is to enhance the online presence, build brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Manage the brand's accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Create and publish engaging content, campaigns, and posts. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research and implement both on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve the website's search ranking. SEM / PPC (Search Engine Marketing / Pay-Per-Click): Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI. Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and maintaining strong customer relationships. Content Creation: Assist in creating attractive and targeted content for website blogs, social media posts, and advertisements. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to analyze campaign performance. Prepare data-driven reports and provide recommendations for improvement. Trend Monitoring: Continuously study new trends and technologies in digital marketing and suggest ways to incorporate them into the company's strategy. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Digital Marketing certifications are a strong advantage). Experience: Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role. (Internship experience may be considered for freshers). Digital Tool Proficiency: Proven knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Ad Managers, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush/Ahrefs). Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and local language, if required). Creativity: A knack for finding new marketing ideas and solving problems creatively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹18.00 per month
