Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to help clients grow their online presence and achieve measurable marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and collaborate on content strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate amongst team and create messaging, visuals, and targeting strategies.
  • Plan, build, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM initiatives.
  • Support website and landing pages updates, design and development, UX/UI elements, etc.
  • Support with copy for captions, scripts, and digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification a plus.
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) and CMS platforms (Squarespace, WordPress, Wix and Shopify, etc.) preferred.
  • Photography and videography experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
