Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

· Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.).

· Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO and SEM.

· Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.

· Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

· Develop engaging content for online campaigns in collaboration with the content team.

· Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UX and conversion rates.

· Monitor trends in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

· Provide performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

· Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.

· Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web design basics is a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,969.25 - ₹42,812.61 per month
