About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who has strong skills in performance marketing. The right person should be confident in running paid campaigns, analyzing data, and improving results through testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad performance
• Track and analyze key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives
• Prepare detailed campaign reports and share insights with management
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools
• Experience in running lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented personality
