Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid, organic and retention channels.
- Plan, build and optimise marketing funnels to drive lead generation, conversion and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/FB, YouTube, Display, etc.) including audience targeting, creative testing and budget allocation.
- Conduct SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and SEM efforts to increase organic visibility and paid search performance.
- Create, publish and optimise content (blogs, social media, video, email) aligned with brand voice and target audience.
- Manage social media strategy, organic growth, paid campaigns and platform analytics.
- Use marketing automation and CRM systems (email drip campaigns, lead-nurture flows, retargeting) to convert and retain customers.
- Set up tracking, analytics, dashboards (Google Analytics, data studio, etc.) to measure performance; derive insights and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development and content teams to build landing pages, creatives and campaign assets.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platforms, tools and best practices and recommend innovations to improve performance.
