We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s fit-out, renovation, and maintenance services.
You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving online traffic, and generating qualified leads through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies for technical, fit-out, and renovation projects.
- Manage and optimize company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and blogs showcasing our completed projects and services.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns to increase website visibility and inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROI, engagement rate) and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align digital campaigns with ongoing projects and promotions.
- Manage company website updates, listings, and SEO optimization.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new digital tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in construction, fit-out, or related industries).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
