We are urgently hiring a Procurement Officer cum Driver with experience in maintenance, fit-out, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of local suppliers, construction materials, and UAE routes.⸻Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and purchase construction, maintenance, and fit-out materials</li><li>Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers</li><li>Negotiate prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing</li><li>Issue purchase orders and maintain procurement records</li><li>Coordinate deliveries to sites and ensure timely material supply</li><li>Collect materials from suppliers when required</li><li>Drive company vehicle for site visits and material transportation</li><li>Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and compliance with UAE traffic laws</li></ul>⸻Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years experience in procurement within maintenance/fit-out/renovation field</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (Manual required)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction material market</li><li>Good negotiation and supplier coordination skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site requirements</li></ul>⸻Preferred:<ul><li>Immediate joiner</li><li>Experience handling multiple project sites</li></ul>Salary: To be discussed during interview (based on experience)Job Type: Full-time
