Sales & Marketing Manager / Supervisor

About Us

Fixen Technical Services LLC is a growing technical services company providing renovation, fit-out, maintenance, MEP, AC services, joinery, painting, deep cleaning, and property improvement solutions across Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager / Supervisor to drive business growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility management companies, contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage and supervise the sales and marketing team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, digital marketing initiatives, cold calling, site visits, referrals, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Estimation teams to ensure timely submission of quotations and successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, branding, exhibitions, and company events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the UAE technical services, construction, fit-out, renovation, maintenance, or MEP industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and technical services market.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently while leading a high-performing team.
