Sales & Marketing Specialist

Fixen Technical Services LLC is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our maintenance, fit-out, and technical services across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and networking activities.
• Promote the company's services and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation and brand awareness campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and track performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and technical services industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
