Sales and Marketing Representative -Interior Decor & Contracting

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Interior Decor & Contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our interior fit-out, decoration, and contracting services. Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Promote the company's interior decor and contracting services to potential clients.
• Meet prospective customers, conduct presentations, and explain service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English or Arabic (knowledge of both languages is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
