Sales & Marketing Executive – Polyurethane Chemicals (Full-Time | Commission-Based)

Compensation: Commission Only (Commission on each sales + Expense Reimbursement)

Marketing & Sales Executive needed for a growing brand of high-quality Polyurethane Chemical solutions serving customers across the UAE & GCC. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in building customer relationships, generating new business, and earning an excellent income through a highly rewarding recurring commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for various Polyurethane chemicals throughout the UAE.
• Generate qualified sales leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and business development activities.
• Visit potential customers and present our products professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with manufacturers, contractors, distributors, installers, and industrial clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (B2B sales experience preferred).
• Experience in construction materials, industrial chemicals, flooring, landscaping, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid UAE Residence Visa (mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Own vehicle is (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel across the UAE to meet customers.
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).

Compensation & Benefits - Attractive Recurring Commission (Can lead upto 20-30k per month in commission with good performance)

• Recurring commission of 5%–10% on Gross Sales Revenue.
• Earn commission not only on new sales but also on repeat orders from customers you develop, providing a continuous and growing income stream.
