Sales and Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Respond to all incoming leads from Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website forms, calls, and referrals.
  • Contact new leads quickly and professionally.
  • Understand the customer’s vehicle, requirement, budget, timeline, and interest.
  • Explain DiabloFoil’s services clearly, including PPF, car wrapping, window tinting, detailing, ceramic coating, and other related services.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed visits, appointments, quotations, bookings, and final sales.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system for all pending leads.
  • Reconnect with old leads, lost leads, inactive leads, and previous customers.
  • Ensure no lead is ignored, delayed, or left without proper follow-up.
  • Build trust with customers by explaining quality, materials, warranty, process, and workmanship standards.
  • Handle price objections professionally without damaging the premium value of the brand.

2. Sales Target & Revenue Responsibility

  • Achieve the monthly sales target assigned by management.
  • Work daily toward confirmed bookings, advance payments, and completed sales.
  • Track personal sales performance against monthly targets.
  • Push for higher-value packages and upselling opportunities.
  • Promote services such as full PPF, color PPF, car wrapping, ceramic coating, window tinting, detailing, interior protection, and add-on packages.
  • Convert walk-in customers into confirmed jobs.
  • Support the team in reaching company revenue targets.
  • Maintain discipline in customer follow-up until the lead is either converted or officially closed.

3. Customer Communication

  • Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DM, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Send professional quotations, service details, packages, photos, videos, warranty information, and location details.
  • Follow up with customers after sending quotations.
  • Invite customers to visit the studio to see materials, ongoing work, and completed vehicles.
  • Explain the difference between premium materials and cheaper market options.
  • Maintain polite, confident, and professional communication at all times.
  • Make customers feel valued and comfortable throughout the sales journey.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding booking date, vehicle drop-off, delivery timeline, and payment.

4. Marketing Support

  • Support the company’s digital marketing efforts by sharing customer feedback, lead quality, campaign performance, and market response.
  • Coordinate with the content team for photos, videos, reels, customer delivery content, before-and-after shots, and promotional campaigns.
  • Suggest creative ideas for offers, campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Help maintain active communication on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor customer enquiries coming from paid ads and organic posts.
  • Provide feedback on which ads, services, offers, and messages are generating better leads.
  • Assist in promoting seasonal offers, B2B packages, corporate discounts, and premium service campaigns.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain proper records of all leads, calls, messages, quotations, follow-ups, visits, bookings, and closed sales.
  • Update lead status daily in the company CRM, Google Sheet, ClickUp, or any system provided by the company.
  • Record customer details including name, contact number, vehicle model, service required, source of lead, quotation amount, follow-up date, and final status.
  • Submit daily lead follow-up reports to management.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Track reasons for lost leads such as price, timing, no response, competition, or customer not ready.
  • Maintain full transparency in lead handling and sales conversion.

6. Appointment & Booking Management

  • Schedule customer visits and consultations at the studio.
  • Coordinate with the operations team before confirming job dates.
  • Check workshop availability before committing delivery timelines to customers.
  • Confirm booking advances where required.
  • Ensure proper handover of confirmed jobs to the operations team.
  • Share customer requirements clearly with the installation team to avoid mistakes or miscommunication.
  • Follow up with customers during the job process when required.

7. After-Sales Follow-Up

  • Follow up with customers after job completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Request Google reviews, testimonials, photos, and referrals from happy customers.
  • Encourage repeat business from existing customers.
  • Offer maintenance advice and future service recommendations.
  • Handle minor complaints professionally and escalate serious concerns to management immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, tele-sales, digital lead conversion, or automotive sales is preferred.
  • Experience in car wrapping, PPF, detailing, car accessories, automotive services, or luxury products is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required. Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads leads, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to convert online enquiries into appointments and confirmed sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle price objections professionally.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Good understanding of customer behavior and premium service selling.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and content coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality.

Monthly Target & Incentive Structure

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be assigned a monthly sales target by the management. Incentives will be calculated based on confirmed and completed sales as per company policy.

Monthly Target Responsibilities

  • Achieve the monthly revenue target assigned by management.
  • Maintain daily lead follow-up discipline to support target achievement.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings and completed jobs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline throughout the month.
  • Focus on both new customer acquisition and repeat customer sales.

Incentive Eligibility

Incentives will be applicable only when:

  • Monthly sales target is achieved as per management-approved target.
  • Sales are confirmed, completed, and payment is received from the customer.
  • Lead and customer details are properly recorded in the CRM or company reporting system.
  • No major customer complaint, false commitment, or internal miscommunication is linked to the sale.
  • Discounts or offers are approved by management before confirmation.

Incentive Conditions

  • Incentives will be paid as per the company-approved incentive structure.
  • Incentives may vary depending on service category, profit margin, offer price, and management approval.
  • Cancelled bookings, unpaid jobs, pending payments, or refunded jobs will not be eligible for incentive.
  • Any false reporting, fake lead entry, or unapproved discount may result in cancellation of incentive.

Daily Work Expectations

  • Check and respond to all new leads immediately.
  • Follow up with all pending leads every day.
  • Call serious leads and invite them to visit the studio.
  • Send quotations and service details professionally.
  • Update CRM or lead sheet daily.
  • Share daily report with management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
  • Push for bookings, advances, and confirmed job dates.
  • Maintain professional communication with every customer.

Performance Evaluation

The employee’s performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Monthly sales achieved.
  • Lead response time.
  • Number of calls and follow-ups completed.
  • Lead-to-visit conversion ratio.
  • Visit-to-booking conversion ratio.
  • Total revenue generated.
  • Customer feedback and Google reviews.
  • CRM/reporting discipline.
  • Communication quality.
  • Ability to work with the team and support company growth.

Additional Duties

  • Support events, promotions, collaborations, B2B visits, and customer engagement activities when required.
  • Assist in creating offers, campaign ideas, and sales messages.
  • Coordinate with photographers, content creators, and marketing agencies when needed.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.

Work Standard Expected

At DiabloFoil, every lead is valuable because the company invests heavily in marketing and brand building. The Sales & Marketing Executive is expected to treat every enquiry with urgency, professionalism, and responsibility. The role requires strong follow-up, premium communication, target achievement, honest reporting, and complete commitment to converting leads into real business.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
