Sales and Marketing Representative

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop new business opportunities. Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer feedback.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.

Skills & Requirements

• Must have a valid UAE own visa (freelance, family-sponsored, or spouse visa).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
