Marketing Executive / Admission Counsellor – K-12 Programs

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor / Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in K-12 education (British & Indian curricula) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide students and parents in choosing the right K-12 pathway (IGCSE & Indian Curriculum)
• Handle inquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into enrollments
• Clearly explain curriculum structures, assessments, and future progression
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for seamless onboarding
• Represent the organization at school visits, events, and education fairs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in K-12 admissions or student counselling (UAE experience is a must)
• Strong understanding of the British (IGCSE) and Indian curriculum
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset with strong closing ability
• Professional, confident, and student-focused approach
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
