Electrician – Fit-Out & General Maintenance

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is a growing technical services company specializing in renovation, fit-out, maintenance, MEP, HVAC, joinery, painting, landscaping, cleaning, and complete property improvement solutions across Dubai.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician – Fit-Out & General Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical installations, fit-out projects, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential, commercial, retail, and office projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations for fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, DBs, MCCBs, MCBs, isolators, and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams.
• Install and terminate power and lighting circuits in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Install and test lighting systems, emergency lighting, power outlets, and electrical accessories.
• Perform electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning of completed works.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Engineers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, UAE electrical standards, and company Health & Safety policies.
• Prepare daily work reports and report material requirements.
• Maintain electrical tools, testing equipment, and the company vehicle in good working condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE or GCC experience as an Electrician in fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, and office fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of DB installation, cable pulling, conduit installation, cable termination, lighting systems, and power distribution.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and safe isolation procedures.
• Good understanding of UAE electrical standards and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
