About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, content creation, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage social media pages and create engaging content to improve brand presence.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for website ranking.
• Run and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to ensure maximum ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for marketing creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ads.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to create content and basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress or basic website management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
