Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on increasing online visibility

- Oversee content management systems such as WordPress to update and maintain website content efficiently.
- Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Manage social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing community presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing digital assets for campaigns.
- Implement email marketing strategies using automation tools to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies like JavaScript or SQL for advanced tracking or customization needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles including on-page optimization,
- Skilled in content creation including copywriting that is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand voice.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms for website updates.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website editing; familiarity with JavaScript or SQL is a plus for data analysis or customization tasks.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior insights.
- Ability to utilize marketing automation software for email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Competence in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
