Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing strategies across 6–8 client accounts. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of digital platforms, excellent project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and clients with precision and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will be adept at developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive results across social media, email marketing, SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary digital marketing lead for 6–8 client accounts across various industries.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs for each account, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to produce compelling campaigns that align with each client’s goals.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine client strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, strategy meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • 3+ years of experience with content creation Canva, Creative Cloud. Capcut.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or B2B digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
